Holt Family

Duane and Sharon are old friends of ours. They came out last week and
had us take care of their family portraits for them.
We had alot of fun with alot of laughing by everyone.
Good Times!
By the way, Dena was our flower girl at our wedding 3 1/2 years ago.
She is growing up to be a beautiful young lady.
Dad is going to have to start bringing out his gun collection
when she gets to be a teenager!

Moss Family

Had a wonderful time photographing the Moss family.
I love this picture of their grandfather, the great smile and wonderful personality this kind man has really shows through this image.
He and his bride, Colleen, told me that they have been married 52 years. I wish them many more happy years.

We were able to capture 4 generations of Moss'. Very cool.

Thanks guys had a good time.
Sincerely,
daryl

P.S. (2-22-08) I found out this afternoon that Gary Sr., the grandfather in this picture, had a mini stroke on Wednesday. He is doing ok, but I ask that you keep him in your thoughts and prayers. He is a wonderful gentleman who eyes light up when he smiles. He reminds me of my own Paw-Paw, who passed away 7 years ago, who always had a smile on him. Actually, it was a slight grin that was always ready to bust out into a full laugh or abig ol' smile. As I write this I can remember him say, "Awwww, now Daryl" as I was teasing him back about one thing or another. Maybe about him needing a haircut or something like that. Even though it got cut at the barber about every 2 weeks.
Good Memories! Treasure your loved ones while you are able. That way you are able to have great memories forever!
thanks,
daryl

Christmas...Memphis...Fun!

Christmas in Memphis! Not with "The King" but with my brother, his wife Ellen, and my parents! We had a wonderful time. We got to break in Wade's new "Big Green Egg" grill with a wonderful prime rib that he just knocked out of the ballpark. Wade you did a great job as Chef! Ellen set up a beautiful table for us to gather around and did just a wonderful job of fixing everything else up. She is definitely the Hostess with the Mostest! The grandparents had a wonderful time with our daughter. Whole lot of love there! Gabby had a blast on her first Christmas!
I love this top pic of Gabby, that's a great feeling looking down and having your little one reaching up for you!
Best feeling in the world!
We got to meet W & E's new addition, their new Labrador Retriever Summer and it's always good to see ol' Guiness. Sweetest dog you'll ever meet.
Wade and Ellen are the most gracious of hosts and I "APPLAUSED" them for a great Christmas time.
Thanks guys, love you both.
